Anyway, these pancakes are not like your typical pancakes. They’re really light and fluffy. I don’t like thick and dense pancakes. These are relatively thin and the batter is on the side of runny. You think you’ve done it wrong when you see how thin the batter is, but that’s how it’s suppose to be.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell you how many pancakes this batter makes or the prep time. I don’t think I ever had that written down.
My family loves these pancakes. Like I said they’re not thick and dense. We don’t like pancakes like that. We like them crepe-like. They’re not really crepes, but you know what I mean.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add liquids
- Mix until blended
- Heat butter on high heat on a griddle and cook pancakes
