Toblerone Cookies

December 25, 2012 by Cathalee

Merry Christmas everyone!

I hope it’s been a good one so far. Anyway, I wanted to share a recipe with you. It’s one that I got in a Target coupon book. It was on the back of a coupon for Toblerones. I am not a baker and I don’t do it well, but these cookies are super easy.

I hope you like this recipe!

Makes 15 servings | Prep time: 25 minutes | Total time: 40 minutes

1 cup of flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 bar (3.52 oz.) TOBLERONE Swiss Milk Chocolate with Honey and Almond Nougat, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Gently stir in flour mixture and chocolate.
  3. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto parchment-covered baking sheets.
  4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 1 minute; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
